Label Construction with Face Stocks & Adhesives

What Type of Face Stock is Used?

We can print and die-cut on a wide variety of pressure-sensitive materials, including paper, fluorescent, vinyl, aluminum, polyesters, clear acetate, and computer imprint-able materials. Stocks can be converted into piggyback constructions, continuous pin feeds, fanfold construction, and individual sheets.

We ideally need to know if the face stock will be typed/written on or put through a printer, or if it will be subject to cleaning solvents or harsh circumstances.

Adhesives

When determining the type of adhesive to use, it’s important to consider what the label is being applied to, how long the label needs to be on the item (1 year, 5 years, etc.) as well as the application & storage temperatures.

We carry an extensive list of adhesives:

  • Permanent Adhesives
  • Removable Adhesives
  • Freezer Adhesives
  • Tire Adhesives for Difficult-to-Adhere Surfaces
  • Tamper-Proof Adhesives (leaves a void image if you try to remove)
  • 3M Post-It® Adhesives
  • Pharmaceutical Adhesives
